RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN - PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

You have the right to return the products within 14 days, even without reason, from the date on which you or a third party designated by you received the product and request a refund.

The products can be returned either by physical presence in our store or by the same transport company that delivered them to you, which can undertake the return of the products to the store. The return of the returned products will be possible only from the address that you had stated from the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

(a) Products whose price depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

b) Products that are manufactured according to the specifications you have set (special orders or constructions) or clearly individualized (such as mattresses, covers, covers, curtains, corridors).

In the above cases, you can return the product, making sure it is intact, ie they are in the condition received by you, complete and without damage and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition. The cost of returning the product is borne exclusively by you.

Order cancellation

The order can be canceled in the following cases:
