Material Information

• MDF: Medium-density fibreboard is a wood-derived product made by bonding wood fibers together with resins under heat and pressure. It is denser and stronger than chipboard and does not absorb moisture easily.
• Chipboard: A composite wood material made from small wood particles (typically pine or fir) bonded together with resins under high pressure and temperature. It is widely used in furniture manufacturing and is resistant to bending, abrasion, and general wear.
• Melamine (LPB – Low Pressure Melamine): A synthetic material commonly used for surface finishing in furniture production due to its durability and easy maintenance. It is applied on substrates like MDF or OSB plywood to create robust and stylish surfaces.

Maintenance Instructions

• MDF: Clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap and warm water. Wipe gently until the stain is removed, then dry thoroughly. Avoid moisture exposure and wipe any spills immediately. Do not use harsh cleaners or chemicals, as they may damage the surface.
• Chipboard: Use a soft cloth slightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
• Melamine: Clean with a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and mild soap. Avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners.
