This mattress sports POCKET SPRINGS and it is single-sided.

A healthy sleeper changes his sleeping position up to sixty times a night (to avoid muscle and joint pain). The ability to change one's position without being hindered is a necessary condition for a restorative sleep. The even distribution of pressure prevents pain in the body where there can be the greatest pressure (shoulders, hips, heels) and guarantees good blood circulation.

This SINGLE mattress integrates the technology of independent springs which is one of the most popular types of mattresses. The heart of the mattress consists of many independent innersprings enclosed in a cylindrical cloth, the pocket. Each innerspring is firmly packed with the adjacent springs. This technique enables the springs to move independently of others nearby. This complex technique makes pocket mattresses adaptable to the shape of the body.

MAINTENANCE:
• Periodically expose your mattress to the sun for proper ventilation
• Leave windows open for 30 minutes every day to remove moisture, especially during the winter which is the main cause of mattress odor
• Do not bend the mattress because there is a risk of deformation and destruction
• Do not use as a "trampoline" by children
• Keep it dry
• Wash the sheets at high temperatures and iron them well to kill various microorganisms and place them dry on top of the mattress
• Do not iron on the mattress
• Protect it from liquids and clean it locally only with special cleaners
• The base of the mattress must be free of protrusions, curves, and bumps. It should be on a straight surface
