Metal: Widely used in furniture manufacturing, metal offers many advantages over other materials. Tempered glass: Also known as toughened or heat-treated glass, tempered glass is a type of safety glass specially processed to increase its strength compared to ordinary glass. The process involves heating the glass to a high temperature and then rapidly cooling it, creating surface compression and internal tension. This makes it more resistant to impacts, thermal shocks, and scratches—about 5 times stronger than standard glass. A major advantage is that, in case of breakage, tempered glass shatters into small, blunt fragments, reducing the risk of serious injury. It is commonly used in tables, desks, TV furniture, and more.

Maintenance instructions:

Metal:
- For indoor-use metal furniture: dusting or wiping with a damp cloth at regular intervals is recommended.
- For outdoor-use metal furniture:
  - For longer protection, apply a protective cream available in stores.
  - If treated and painted with powder coating (electrostatic paint), the furniture is highly durable and easy to clean with a damp cloth.
  - If the furniture is not powder-coated, take extra care to keep it away from water and humidity. Use protective covers and, if possible, store indoors during winter.
  - If rust appears, remove it with turpentine, then apply anti-rust varnish before repainting with oxidation-resistant paint.
Tempered glass: Clean initially with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner or just water. Wipe in gentle circular motions. Avoid using excessive pressure or abrasive materials that may cause scratches.
